Special Conditions

1. By filling in the form it does not guarantee a booking (availability needs to be checked)

2. Minimum guests of six.

3. Traveling and setup cost:
(a) Pietermaritzburg, Hilton, Howick - R 100.00
(b) Pinetown, Hillcrest, Westville, Kloof - R150.00
(c) Durban, Durban North, Umhlanga, La Lucia, Bluff, Berea - R180.00
(d) North Coast up to Stanger - R250.00
(e) North Coast Stanger to Empangeni/Richards Bay - R350.00
(f) South Coast down to Scottsburgh - R250.00
(g) South Coast down to Margate - R350.00
(h) Inland Howick to Estcourt - R150.00
(i) Inland Estcourt to Ladysmith - R250.00
(j) All other areas to be negotiated.

4. Cost for furry friends and outfits is as per the website.

5. Optional cost
(a) Max the Mascot R150.00
(b) Giant Teddy Bear R50.00 (4,5 meter teddy bear)

6. Bearworx reserves the right to cancel a scheduled party due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. The deposit fee for booking a party will be R250.00
